About Capt. Jeff Fisher

Three decades of hands-on expertise in yacht construction, engineering, vessel systems, and marine operations.

Jeff Fisher is a maritime professional with 30+ years of experience in yacht manufacturing, engineering, technical sales, vessel operations, service, warranty management, and marine surveying. He has held leadership roles with Grand Banks Marine Group, Imtra Marine Products, Rampage Yachts, and Southport Boatworks, and served as a U.S. Navy nuclear mechanical operator.

Through IJF2 Maritime, he provides marine surveying, forensic electrical diagnostics, yacht purchase and new-build consulting, and advanced electrical system troubleshooting, drawing on extensive experience in yacht construction and service operations across U.S. and international markets.

Jeff holds a B.S. in Technology Education from North Carolina State University, is a SAMS® surveyor associate, an ABYC Master Technician (corrosion, electrical, and advanced systems), and holds a 100 Ton USCG Master credentials.
